Chef Jeremy Gilligan (Clark) brings a sizzling blend of expertise and passion to Hot Tamales: Your Neighbourhood Tex-Mex Joint! A distinguished graduate of the School of Culinary Arts at Niagara College, Jeremy has honed his craft in some of the most dynamic kitchens around. As the former Executive Chef at Bricks & Barley, he mastered the art of bold, comforting flavors, and later, as Executive Chef at the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre, he dazzled diners with his creative flair and precision. Now, Jeremy is turning up the heat at Hot Tamales, infusing his culinary wizardry into every dish. From fiery Tijuana pizzas to zesty signature cocktails, he’s here to spice things up and take your taste buds on a thrilling Tex-Mex adventure.
